Legacy HRC Nature Co-Op
Join the Adventure! Legacy’s Nature Co-op is back this fall, and registration is now OPEN! We’ll meet on select Fridays at the Wilderness Station in Barfield Park for hands-on, nature-based learning and outdoor fun. Open to K–high school students. Space is limited; the first 40 students to register are in!
Legacy HRC Nature Co-Op
Select Fridays Fall 2026 – at 9:15 am
Description: Registration is now OPEN for our Fall Nature Co-op that will kick off in August 2026! We meet on select Fridays at the Wilderness Station at Barfield Park in Murfreesboro for nature-based learning and outdoor fun!
Fall Schedule & Topics:
- August 28th – Archery tag (big kids) and Habitat Hike and Nature Play with Animals/Turtle Talk (younger kids)
- September 18th – Birds of Prey and Owl Pellet Dissection/ Olivia’s Bird Airplanes
- October 16th – “Creepy, Crawly Things” Talk (including Snake feeding) and Lauren’s Sasquatch Tracking Expedition
- November 20th – Campfire Safety and Feast, Tiny Turtle Thanksgiving
- Cost: $119 per student with Legacy Family Membership
($149 per student – for non-members)

In addition to our Nature Co-op, Legacy offers a one-day-a-week tutorial:
- Wednesday Tutorial Classes – Weekly academic classes led by experienced teachers, perfect for families looking for structure and support in core subjects.
